Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@hwaccessories.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Warranty & Repairs
HW Accessories (Aust) Pty Ltd provides a 12-month conditional warranty on smartwatch car keys from the date of original purchase. In order to avoid disappointment, we recommend for you to keep your invoice on file for future reference.
It is highly recommended that smartwatch car keys to be fully charged at least once a month to maintain service life of battery. Failure to do so may result battery not able to be recharged.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australia consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement for a major failure and for compensation of any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the good repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Repairs Under Warranty
At our discretion, HW Accessories (Aust) Pty Ltd will repair free of charge or replace at no charge product that, upon examination by HW Accessories (Aust) Pty Ltd, is proven to be defective and under warranty.
HW Accessories (Aust) Pty Ltd reserves the right to make the final decision whether there is a defect in materials and/or workmanship, and whether or not the product is within the warranty.
This warranty shall not apply to any failure caused by improper installation or use in violation of the instructions, abuse, negligence, electrical surge including damage from lightning, water or any other physical damage, or damage caused from batteries.
HW Accessories (Aust) Pty Ltd is not responsible for any costs incurred involving on-site service calls.
Warranty Exclusion
- any and all warranties or conditions which are not guaranteed under the Australian Competition and Consumer Act or the Australian Competition and Consumer Regulations 2010 and which are not expressly included in this Warranty as additional warranties or conditions are excluded;
- this Warranty does not extend to loss caused by normal wear and tear, fire, water (including salt water, sea spray or moisture from nearby swimming pools), theft, vermin or insect infestation;
- this Warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- misuse or abusive use of the product (Smartwatch key fob), including physical abuse or negligence;
- incorrect operation or not following the proper instructions as stated in the installation manual or the manufacturers manual provided with the product;
- improper installation and programming;
- incorrect or improper maintenance or failure to maintain the product;
- failure to clean or improper cleaning of the product;
- incorrect voltage or non-authorised electrical connections;
- damage caused by batteries;
- adverse external conditions such as power surges and dips, thunderstorm activity, lightening, acts of God, damage cause by vermin, or any other circumstance beyond our control;
- exposure to abnormally corrosive conditions or similar conditions;
- use of non authorised/non-standard, defective or incompatible parts;
- password setting/resetting and computer virus;
- repair, modification or other work carried out on the product that is not carried out by HW Accessories (Aust) Pty Ltd; and
- any defects not notified to HW Accessories (Aust) Pty Ltd within the Warranty Period, although you may have statutory rights outside of the Warranty Period.
Smartwatch - Water Resistant
The smartwatch from HW Accessories (Aust) Pty Ltd is designed for water-resistance only and should not be submerged into water. To extend the service life of your smartwatch, we suggest that you should try to prevent it from water.
The smartwatch cannot be worn in hot water, sauna, salt water or an environment with radical temperature changes. The waterproofing rubber gasket may fail to prevent from water entering under temperature change.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
